Bioelements is thrilled to announce the third + final winner of our inaugural 2020 Esthetics Entrepreneur Award, Lashondia Spears of Fuquay Varina, NC.
Lashondia developed a strong passion for beauty throughout her childhood after spending countless hours with her aunts during the 1980's, who performed facials and competed in beauty pageants respectively.
It wasn't until she lost her job at 28 years old that she decided to switch careers and pursue an esthetics license herself, which she obtained with enthusiasm and straight A's.
Since then, Lashondia has cultivated a deep knowledge of her craft to launch Be Ageless Skin Care Studio, where she is committed to creating a nonjudgmental space for everyone to feel welcome.
She emphasizes that giving back to her community is a priority, which includes helping women who have suffered with domestic abuse and encouraging honest feedback from clients in order to continually improve her services.
